So this is something I never expected would happen - but I'm all the more chuffed for it ! Recently I had the chance - again in a sort-of-related manner to my upcoming premieres at Cheltenham - to write a small article for The Strad, talking about the wacky and wonderful world of playing techniques on string instruments.
